Powerful Show
An art performance taking you on a journey of enlightenment, NCAA Women's Gymnastics Championship did not disappoint! This was not a “concert,” it was a captivating experience. All from Portugal (where she has lived the past 2 years), a huge cast delivered moving set changes, visual projections, dancing, and songs from the present to the 80’s. She had multiple costume changes, playing guitar, drums, and the piano. To connect with all people, a theme of hope emerged, to rise up for equality, women’s rights, and yes she was not afraid to speak about her political beliefs and encourage us to “do something” to promote a better world.
